If Corpus does not suit your company, you can get your money back within 14 days of the purchase. No reason needed.
The refund window
A full refund is available for 14 days from the date of the purchase. This applies to a new license and to a renewal of updates.
After that, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
How to ask
Write to sales@corpuskb.com with the order number or invoice number. For an online order you can also contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
Online orders are refunded by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Orders paid by invoice are refunded by bank transfer.
What a refund ends
A refund of a license ends that license and its access to the Corpus repository. The company must stop using Corpus and delete every copy of it, including the source code, container images and backups.
A refund of a renewal ends the renewed update period. The company keeps using the version it had before the renewal.
