This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this site, write to us, book a call or buy Corpus. When you deal with us, you deal with Nikita Andreevich Kostenko, the seller of Corpus. Contact: sales@corpuskb.com.
This website
The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
When you write to us
We keep your emails and what you tell us, such as your name, company and role, to answer you, to sell and support Corpus, and for our accounting records. We keep them for as long as the business relationship and the accounting rules need.
Demo calls
Demo calls are booked through Cal.com. It handles the details you enter in the booking form under its own privacy policy, and we receive them to hold the call.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details, such as the company, contact name, email, country and what was bought. We never see card details.
Corpus itself
Corpus runs on your company's server. We have no access to your installation, documents or chats, and Corpus sends us nothing: there is no license server and no activation call.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services named on this page, as far as each needs it to do its job.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by writing to sales@corpuskb.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
